Job summary

Complete Care Management is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our clinical team on the 11-7a shift with both full-time and weekend part-time options. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for the full-time role, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate holds an NJ RN license and prior long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN)
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license
• At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience preferred
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift and monitor medication distribution and patient care activities
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift
• Provide education to staff, residents, and resident families as needed
• Ensure all duties comply with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
