Ascension is hiring for a full-time professional in Kyle, TX to support the Observation department at Seton Medical Center Hays. The role involves creating and tracking patient care plans, monitoring real-time changes, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include executing physician and nursing directives with precision and managing discharge planning for safe transitions.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date or job transfer date.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
• 1 year Telemetry Med-Surg experience preferred.
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
• 1 year previous Telemetry Med-Surg experience preferred.
• Bachelors in Nursing preferred
