Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. The role supports residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while delivering high-quality clinical care.

We welcome seasoned RNs and new grads with a Colorado license. The position offers full-time nights, a $41–$51/hour wage depending on experience, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nights.

Formación

• Active Colorado RN license and CPR certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote resident independence by care planning and teaching residents and families.
• Monitor residents for changes in status and respond to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care companions to deliver routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications as ordered.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
