Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families ensuring holistic care.
• Adhere to state nurse practice act and nursing standards.
• Educate residents and families on condition, meds, and self-care.
• Monitor changes in resident status and respond to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to deliver routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention and medication administration per orders.
