Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team in a newly renovated New Jersey center. You will oversee shifts, ensure high-quality resident care, and collaborate with physicians and care staff to achieve positive outcomes.

The role requires an RN license in New Jersey, a nursing degree, and at least 2 years of SNF management experience, plus BLS and IV certification. Join a compassionate, growth-oriented team dedicated to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years SNF management experience.
• BLS and IV certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift and ensure quality resident care.
• Conduct nursing rounds throughout the shift.
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and resident family members.
• Assess the unique needs of each resident and help determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Monitor treatments and resident progress in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Coordinate with physicians and other members of the care team to support positive outcomes.
• Ensure staff perform their duties in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.

Education

RN Unit Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• 2 years SNF Management Experience

• BLS, IV Certified

• Previous staff management experience preferred
