Job summary

Complete Care Management in Brick Township, NJ seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the unit, oversee nursing services, mentor staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality care.

This full-time role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing, New Jersey RN license, and 3+ years in subacute/long-term care; AHA BLS CPR is recommended. On-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• Current AHA BLS CPR Certification (recommended).
• 3+ years of experience in subacute/long term care.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct nursing services for residents on the unit assigned
• Review complaints and grievances by staff and report to the Director of Nursing as needed
• Ensure adequate stock of medications, supplies, and equipment on the unit
• Manage staff, assignments, nursing rounds, and provide education to staff, residents, and family members as needed
• Assist in the development of written preliminary and comprehensive assessments of residents’ nursing needs
• Track treatments and patient progress according to HIPAA guidelines
• Coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure a smooth recovery process for residents
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

Registered Nurse Unit Manager
