Rochester Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as Unit Manager at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Rochester, NY.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle all supervisory duties for the assigned unit.
2. Establish and implement employee policies and procedures.
3. Mentor less experienced nurses with clinical and career advice.
4. Maintain care standards for the unit.
5. Review resident records and quality of care.
6. Monitor overall care and review individual resident cases.
7. Address questions or complaints from residents or families.
8. Represent the unit's interests with upper management.

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS RN License required.
• 3 years of long-term care experience preferred.
• 2 years of charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
