About the Role: We seek experienced, skilled Registered Nurses to join our Yakima-based mobile vascular access team. If you have a strong background in ultrasound-guided PICC and Midline insertions and want the flexibility of mobile work without sacrificing clinical autonomy, this is your role.
You’ll be responsible for responding to line placement requests across Yakima and neighboring areas, including long-term care facilities, hospitals, and home settings. This position is PRN/Per Diem and best suited for independent clinicians who are confident working in a mobile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to vascular access requests across Yakima and surrounding communities
Perform ultrasound-guided PICC and Midline insertions using proper sterile technique
Document procedures and chart accurately and promptly
Communicate professionally with patients, families, and clinical partners
Maintain professional standards in mobile and field-based environments
Required Qualifications:
Active Washington RN license
Minimum 1 year of PICC/Midline experience
Proficient with ultrasound guidance and sterile technique
Reliable transportation and flexible availability
Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in mobile, home health, or long-term care settings
VA-BC certification or equivalent
ACLS/BLS certified
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay up to $170 per insertion (DOE)
Mileage reimbursement available for eligible contracts
After-hours, weekend, and holiday pay differentials
