Saint Mary Home is hiring an RN Staff Development Coordinator to plan and direct in-service education for our community, ensuring regulatory compliance and organized orientation. This role reports to the Administrator/ADON and participates in on-call rotations to support clinical needs.
The ideal candidate holds a CT RN license, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and CPR training, with 2+ years teaching experience in long-term care. Excellent organizational skills are essential.

This role plans, organizes, and directs all in‑service educational programs throughout the community, ensuring compliance with applicable state, federal, and local regulations. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for coordinating new hire orientation and maintaining accurate education records, under the direction of the Administrator/ADON.
This position also participates in an on‑call rotation to support operational and clinical needs.
