Columbiana Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift to lead patient care from 7pm to 7am in our long-term care setting in Alabama. You will administer medications, assess residents, and coordinate with on-call physicians, while supervising LPNs and CNAs.

We offer a stable, veteran nursing team, competitive pay from $32.65 to $42.85 per hour based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities are needed.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care throughout the night.
• Assess residents and respond to changes in condition.
