Job summary

Columbiana Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the night shift. The role offers 12-hour night shifts with pay ranging from $25.00 to $31.00 per hour, based on experience, and full-time hours from 7p–7a.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Strong nursing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while remaining part of a team.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused.
• Hospital, rehabilitation, or long‑term care experience preferred.
• New graduate LPNs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care within your scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
• Communicate with RNs, physicians, and on-call providers.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
