Columbiana Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the day shift at our long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Columbiana, AL. You will provide skilled nursing care, complete assessments, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.

Join a stable, close-knit team with 12-hour day shifts, supportive leadership, and opportunities for growth. Experience in hospital, rehab, or long-term care is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

• Hospital, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Complete assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate with residents and families.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.

Full-Time | 7a–7p | 12-Hour Shifts
