Columbiana Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day shifts in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. You will join a stable team, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with RNs and doctors to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) – DAY SHIFT

Pay: $25.00–$31.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Full-Time | 7a–7p | 12-Hour Shifts

Long-Term Care & Rehabilitation
