Columbiana Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for all shifts in Alabama. You'll provide resident care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain dignity and comfort. Compensation ranges $14.60–$19.40 per hour, based on experience, with day, evening, and night shifts available.

Qualifikationen

• Current Alabama Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Compassionate and respectful approach to caring for older adults
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and coworkers
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, hospital, or assisted-living experience is a plus

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Help with meals and dining
• Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• Obtain and record vital signs as assigned
• Observe residents and promptly communicate changes to the nursing team
