Job summary

Columbiana Health & Rehabilitation is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day shift. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $31.00 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time position with 7a–7p shifts in long-term care and rehabilitation.

You will provide compassionate nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs and CNAs. Join a stable, experienced team known for a hometown atmosphere and a positive workplace culture. New graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing.
• Strong nursing and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the nursing team.
• Hospital, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.
• New graduate LPNs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care within your scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
• Communicate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate with residents and families.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity.
