Columbiana Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the night shift to provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, and monitor residents in a 12-hour, 7p–7a schedule. You'll join a stable team with long-tenured staff and a supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Strong nursing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining part of a team
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
• Hospital, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
• New graduate LPNs encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care within your scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition
• Communicate with RNs, physicians, and on-call providers
• Supervise and support CNAs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Respond appropriately to resident needs
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
