Lourdes Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an experienced Medical-Surgical RN for a full-time day shift. Join a 25-bed Med/Surg team dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork.

The role offers a $10,000-$20,000 sign-on for eligible candidates, union hospital environment, and opportunities for professional growth and schedule variety. Washington license required.

Formación

• Current Washington state RN license or compact state license.
• Associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
• 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to medical and surgical patients.
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality and safety initiatives.
• Provide patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Wage scale: $42.14 - $78.11 per hour

$10,000 - $20,000 Sign On Bonus for Eligible Candidates

Schedule: Days (7a-7p), 3x12, Rotating Weekends and Holidays per Union Contract

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current Washington state RN license or compact state license (if relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employee begins and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Certifications: BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required.
