Lourdes Health in Pasco, WA is seeking a Rehabilitation RN for full-time night shifts. This union hospital offers strong pay and benefits with a wage scale of $42.14 - $78.11 per hour, plus shift differentials. The Rehab Unit emphasizes teamwork, safety, and patient‑centered care.

Required ADN plus WA RN license (or compact WA endorsement); BSN preferred. 1 year of acute care experience and BCLS; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license or Compact RN with WA endorsement.
• ADN from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• BCLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• 1 year of Acute Care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates delivery of patient care for the Rehab Unit with staff and nursing leadership.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and personal needs.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for age-specific and cultural needs.
• Ensure quality of care by measuring outcomes and adhering to standards.

A Registered Nurse (RN) Who Excels In This Role

• Coordinates the delivery of patient care for the Rehab Unit, facilitates problem solving with staff members and communicates necessary issues to nursing administration and the Program Manager.
• Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for a given population based upon age specific and cultural needs. This is done in a collaborative multidisciplinary approach embracing quality and safety.
• Assures quality of care by measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital philosophies and standards of care set by Washington State Board of Nursing, and other governing agency regulations.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a current Washington RN license or Compact RN License with Washington endorsement (if relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins), and possess an Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred
• Certifications: BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred
• Experience: 1 year of Acute Care nursing required
