Job summary
AdventHealth in Celebration, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors. You will develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, educate patients, and coordinate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications
- Nursing licensure and clinical competencies required.
- Associate's degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain Florida RN license and BLS, ACLS as applicable.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, development, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, updating as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
- Collaborate with medical staff and departments to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
