Qualifications

• Organizational skills and multi-tasking ability required.
• Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Ability to work as a team within a unit.
• Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• EKG knowledge per unit requirements.
• Fluent in English (read, verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills; able to navigate Windows programs.
• Ability to use abstract reasoning to assess patients and revise care plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across multiple dimensions (physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, lifestyle).
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly review them.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective teamwork.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and outcomes in the medical record.
