Qualifications

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments across physical, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly revise them based on patient needs.
Administer medications and treatments safely according to orders and protocols.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care.
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
