Job summary
AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time, day shift position. You will assess patients comprehensively, develop and adjust care plans, administer treatments, educate families, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications
- Associate's of Nursing required.
- Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.
- Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written).
- Basic computer skills – navigate Windows-based programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans; regularly evaluate and revise them.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care.
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
