Job summary

CoxHealth Rehabilitation Hospital in Ozark, MO, is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time day shifts in a 63-bed inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, document using EPIC, and coordinate orders and transfers to support brain and spinal injury recovery.

Preferred candidates hold a BSN or are enrolled in a BSN program, with a valid RN license and BLS at hire. Comprehensive benefits and a $15,000 sign-on bonus are included.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license required.
• BLS required at hire.
• BSN preferred or enrollment in BSN program.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Manage admissions and/or transfers as needed.
