CoxHealth Rehabilitation Hospital in Ozark, Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) new graduate for a full-time day shift. You will work with a preceptor to implement assessment plans and guide patient goals within an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

• Interpreting assessment data to develop nursing care plan with goals and discharge planning.
• Participating as a member of the interdisciplinary team in rehabilitation goals assessment and planning.
• Ensuring medical records documents are complete, factual, accurate and timely.

Schedule: Full-time Days - 7:00am-7:30pm

In collaboration with the physician and your preceptor, you will ensure implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population.

• Initiating an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of the patients/families.
• Interpreting assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan which contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long term goals and discharge planning.
• Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
• Assuring that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.

Minimum Requirements
