Job summary

CoxHealth Rehabilitation Hospital, in partnership with Select Medical, seeks a Registered Nurse for our Ozark, Missouri unit. This 63-bed inpatient rehab facility cares for patients with brain and spinal injuries, neurological and orthopedic conditions, and multi-trauma cases.

This full-time night-shift role includes a thorough orientation, tuition reimbursement, a clinical ladder, debt-reduction programs, comprehensive health benefits, and generous PTO, all within a collaborative team focused

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS certification required at hire; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Instruct and counsel patients/families

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license
