Job summary

NHS Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Fayetteville Health and Rehabilitation team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and work with a clinical team to ensure high standards of care in a long-term care facility.

The role requires an active RN license, strong geriatrics and rehabilitation knowledge, and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
