Job summary

Springdale Health and Rehabilitation, under new leadership, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. The RN will aid rehabilitation plans and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the highest standard of care.

The role requires an RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and strong geriatric/rehabilitation knowledge.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
