PACS Group's Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the full-time AM shift in Moraga, CA. The RN will join a clinical team dedicated to resident-centered care and high-quality outcomes.

You will assess residents, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, physicians, therapists, and other professionals. California RN license is required; CPR preferred; pay rate $45–$52 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

  • California RN license required.
  • Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
  • Assess residents' health status and monitor for changes in condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
  • Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
  • Communicate changes in residents' conditions to physicians and appropriate members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with developing, implementing, and updating resident care plans.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and medical emergencies.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and applicable nursing standards.
  • Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life.

Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time AM Shift Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team on a full-time AM shift. Schedule: Full-Time AM

Pay Rate: $45.00–$52.00 per hour, DOE

Location: Moraga Post Acute

Responsibilities
