This role offers a full-time AM schedule with a pay rate of $45.00-$52.00 per hour, DOE, and an opportunity to care for residents in Moraga Post Acute. Current California RN license required; experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Assess residents' health status and monitor for changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions to physicians and appropriate members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist with developing, implementing, and updating resident care plans.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and medical emergencies.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and applicable nursing standards.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of life.
