Responsibilities

  • Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
  • Communicate changes in residents' conditions to physicians and appropriate members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with developing, implementing, and updating resident care plans.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and medical emergencies.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and applicable nursing standards.
  • Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of life.

Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team on a full-time AM shift. Position Details

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: AM Shift

Schedule: Full-Time AM

Pay Rate: $45.00-$52.00 per hour, DOE

Location: Moraga Post Acute

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
  • Assess residents' health status and monitor for changes in condition
