Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state where the job is located.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screen, and professional references; physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications including oral, topical, IV, and injectable forms.
• Perform wound care, pain management, and dressings.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor changes.
• Create, update, and execute individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and others.
• Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of health status and interventions.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
