Complete Care at Hyattsville is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct care in a long-term care setting. Maryland licensure is required, with a minimum of 1+ year of LTC experience.

Positions are available in full-time and part-time schedules, with opportunities for growth and daily pay options. The role involves medication administration, wound care, assessments, care planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ yrs long term care experience.
• Licensed to practice as an RN in Maryland.
• Pass background check, drug screen, and references.
• Ability to lead and coordinate with team.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications including oral, topical, IV, and injectable forms.
• Perform wound care, pain management, and dressing changes.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor changes, analyzing data.
• Create and update individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and others.
• Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of health status, care, progress, and interactions.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork.

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
