Complete Care is seeking a RN Registered Nurse to provide direct care in our skilled nursing setting. Full-time positions are available for day and evening shifts (7a-3p and 3p-11p); PRN opportunities exist for experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN's and CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
