Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide care to employees and dependents at our Chandler Health Center in Chandler, AZ. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a focus on high-quality, accessible healthcare.

The role involves nursing evaluations, coordination with physicians, and administering tests and medications in a contract-defined setting. Strong emphasis on record-keeping, infection control, and patient education to promote wellness.

Qualifications

• State of practice RN license required.
• Certificate from an accredited nursing school or AS degree required.
• BSN preferred; three years RN experience in ER/occupational health/ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs and conduct nursing evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians for medical evaluation and care.
• Perform medical tests, screenings, and treatments per site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administer medications and provide emergency care as allowed.
• Maintain equipment, ensure clean environment, and follow infection control procedures.
• Keep patient health records up-to-date and accurate.

As a Full-Time Registered Nurse, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Chandler, AZ. The scheduled hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

What You’ll Do

• Assesses patient care needs, conducts nursing evaluations, and provides treatment within scope of practice
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further medical evaluation and care as needed
• Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision)
• Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or associate degree (A.S.) is required; Bachelor's degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• At least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room, occupational health clinic or other ambulatory care clinic
