Job summary

Premise Health is hiring a Part-Time Registered Nurse for our Health Center in Atlanta, GA. The role offers 4 hours per week with clinic hours Monday–Friday, 7:00a–5:00p, delivering nursing care and supporting patient health in a corporate setting.

You'll assess care needs, document records, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians. Requires RN license in GA, nursing degree, BLS, and at least three years of related experience; ACLS may be required depending on contract scope.

Qualifications

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or associate degree (A.S.) is required; Bachelor's degree (BSN) from four‑year college or university is preferred
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• At least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room, occupational health clinic or other ambulatory care clinic

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient care needs, conducts nursing evaluations, and provides treatment within scope of practice
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further medical evaluation and care as needed
• Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision)
• Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow‑up care
• Performs other duties as assigned
