Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse, Supervisor (RN) in San Antonio, TX. You will lead health center staff, participate in recruitment and training, and ensure high-quality patient care within a defined clinical environment.
The role requires an RN license, current BLS/ACLS where required, and 3+ years in emergency, occupational health, or ambulatory care. This position offers comprehensive benefits and a standard Monday–Friday schedule at the San Antonio site.

As a Full Time Registered Nurse, Supervisor (RN), you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in San Antonio, TX. The scheduled hours are Monday-Friday rotating hours 7:00am-3:30pm, 8:30am-5:00pm, or 8:00am-4:30pm.
