Job summary

Regency Care of Central Oregon is seeking a licensed RN to join our skilled nursing team in Bend, Oregon. You will be essential to quality resident care, overseeing nursing services, and supervising staff to maintain a home-like environment for residents.

Responsibilities include medication administration, adherence to care plans, infection control, and emergency assessment within RN scope. New grads are encouraged to apply, with shift differential available.

• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations
