Job summary

Regency Florence, a small 55-bed skilled facility on the Oregon coast, seeks a compassionate RN to join a family-like team. You will provide medication assistance, nursing services, and supervise staff to support resident well-being in a warm, home-like setting.

As an RN, you will coordinate care, follow resident plans, and ensure infection control. This role is based in Florence, Oregon, with a supportive environment and opportunities to grow within a close-knit community.

Qualifications

• Possess a current RN license in good standing.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

We are seeking a compassionate and team-oriented registered nurse to join our awesome team! Regency Florence is a small, 55 bed skilled facility with a relaxed, family-like vibe and a supportive environment. Nestled on the coast in beautiful Florence, Oregon. As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As an RN, you will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
