Job summary

Regency Care of Central Oregon in Bend, OR is seeking an experienced RN to join our skilled nursing community as a compassionate caregiver. You will be essential to resident care, including medication assistance, nursing services, and supervising staff to maintain high-quality outcomes.

As an RN, you will train staff, support residents with daily living activities, and ensure care aligns with care plans while following infection control and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As an RN, you will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently:

• Possess a current RN license in good standing
• New grads are encouraged to apply!
