Job summary

Regency Laurel Hill in Grants Pass, OR is seeking a Part-Time Evening Shift Registered Nurse dedicated to delivering compassionate, resident-focused care. You will supervise staff, manage medications, and foster a home-like environment that respects residents’ independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, medication administration, treatments and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations.

Part-Time Evening Shift

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As an RN, you will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents

You Currently:

• Possess a current RN license in good standing
