Regency Prineville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Prineville, OR is seeking compassionate nurses to join our skilled care team. Duties include medication assistance, nursing services, staff training, and ensuring resident well-being in a home-like environment.

You will train staff, supervise care, assist with ADLs and medications, follow treatment plans, maintain infection control, and document resident care accurately. New grads welcome.

Formación

• Current nurse license in good standing.
• Typical candidates have 1 year of providing supervision in healthcare; new grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per nurse scope of practice and state regulations.
