Regency Prineville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Prineville, OR seeks caring LPNs and RNs to join a small, family-like skilled nursing team. You will assist with medications, nursing services, and resident well-being, while training staff and ensuring high-quality care.

Current LPN/RN license in good standing required; 1 year supervision experience preferred, new grads welcome. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, life insurance, EAP, and 401-K.

Qualifications

• Possess a current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Typical candidates have 1-year of providing supervision in healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, medication administration, treatments, and support self-care and independence where allowed by state regulations.
• Train staff and report to the director of nursing.
• Ensure care per resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope and state regulations.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and a home-like environment for residents.

As an LPN/RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

You will:

• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Train staff and report to the director of nursing
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents

You Currently:

• Possess a current LPN or RN license in good standing
• Typical candidates have 1-year of providing supervision in healthcare. New grads are encouraged to apply!
