Regency Laurel Hill in Grants Pass, Oregon is seeking a Part-Time Evening Shift RN to deliver high-quality resident care, medication assistance and nursing services in a home-like setting.

You will train staff, supervise team members, and support the director of nursing while ensuring dignity, privacy and independence for residents. The role emphasizes infection control, timely documentation, and coordinated care per state regulations.

Part-Time Evening Shift

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As an RN, you will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations
