Job summary

Ascension in Evansville, IN is seeking a nurse residency participant to bridge student learning into professional practice. You’ll rotate through multiple units at Ascension St. Vincent Evansville, with day or night schedules and both full-time and part-time options.

During the first year you’ll complete structured learning, simulations and skills labs, and attend residency seminars to develop into a confident, high-functioning RN while coordinating clinical scheduling and department commitments.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

• Required Credential(s):

• Approved Local Exception. Approved Local Exception for TN to add NRP and STABLE. or For use with unique Union job requirements only. Remove if not for Union.
