Incredible Health in Philadelphia, PA is actively hiring for a Registered Nurse - PCU / Stepdown. Shifts available include day, night, and mid, with full-time, part-time, and per diem options.

Requirements: ADN or higher, active RN license, 1 year in stepdown/neurology/cardiac or similar medium-to-high acuity setting, BLS and ACLS per AHA. Proficiency in EMR systems and hemodynamic monitoring with cardiac rhythm interpretation is expected.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree
• Active and unencumbered RN license
• 1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or similar medium-high acuity setting preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients with monitor vitals and IV drips
• Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on management of acute or chronic conditions and use of BiPAP/CPAP/Home Oxygen and monitors
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records following policies and regulations

• Educate patients and their families on the management of their acute or chronic conditions, including the proper use of equipment like BiPAP/CPAP/Home Oxygen and vital sign or blood sugar monitors
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records, adhering to hospital and departmental policies and regulations
