Ascension Health in Murfreesboro, TN, is seeking a dedicated RN to join the PACU team for day shifts on a full-time basis. You will deliver direct nursing care per physician orders and protocols, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to monitor patient progress and ensure safe recovery.

You will assess discharge needs and collaborate with staff to plan the next steps in each patient’s recovery pathway, leveraging your ACLS/BLS/PALS and nursing diploma to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition “Compact State” obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 6 months of hire date or transfer date.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or transfer date.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) obtained within 6 months of hire date or transfer date.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

â Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition “Compact State” obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

One of more of the following:

â Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

â BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

â Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

â Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
