Job summary

Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Progressive Care RN (PRN | Days) to join the team. You will implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate care across disciplines, and follow physician and nursing orders.

You will also help assess and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team. Qualified candidates hold a Diploma in Nursing and Tennessee RN licensure; ACLS and BLS are required within specified timeframes.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or professional licensure at time of hire.
• Active Tennessee RN license prior to hire date.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire date.
• BLS provider certification within 1 month of hire date.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):


• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.


• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.


• Licensed Compact State Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
