Regional West Health Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Outpatient Surgery unit in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. This full-time nursing position involves delivering high-quality care in the recovery room and applying nursing best practices.

You will assess patients, implement interventions, evaluate outcomes, and adapt plans as needed. Flexibility in staffing and active problem-solving are essential to support patient care and unit efficiency.

Formación

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Nebraska RN license or compact license; NE license within 60 days of hire.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required upon hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire or at earliest course.

As an RWHS Registered Nurse, you will:

• Appropriately assess patients, apply clinical interventions, evaluate outcomes, and implement change to the individual plan of care.
• Adapt positively to fluctuating workload to maximize patient care and unit effectiveness.
• Remain flexible in staffing patterns, share equitably in meeting on-call /availability assignments, and actively seek resolutions of staffing conflicts.

You may be a good fit if you have:

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• A compact or State of Nebraska Registered Nurse License; must have NE license within 60 days of hire
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire or at earliest available course
