Job summary

Regional West Medical Services is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Outpatient Surgery unit in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. You will deliver high-quality nursing care in a recovery setting, using critical thinking to implement the plan of care and ensure patient safety.

The role requires Nebraska RN licensure, BLS at hire, BSN preferred, and ACLS/PALS within 6 months. RWHS offers relocation and sign-on bonuses and loan forgiveness programs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Nebraska within 60 days of hire.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, apply clinical interventions, and evaluate outcomes to adjust the care plan.
• Adapt to fluctuating workload to maximize patient care and unit efficiency.
• Share on-call/availability duties and resolve staffing conflicts.
