Job summary

Regional West Health Services in Scottsbluff, Nebraska is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care/ICU to deliver high-quality patient care using clinical judgment and nursing best practices.

You will adapt to fluctuating workloads, coordinate care with the team, and maintain flexibility in staffing patterns while meeting nursing standards. This casual position offers on-call opportunities and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Nebraska RN license; must have NE license within 60 days of hire.
• American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Appropriately assess patients, apply clinical interventions, evaluate outcomes, and implement change to the individual plan of care.
• Adapt positively to fluctuating workload to maximize patient care and unit effectiveness.
• Remain flexible in staffing patterns, share equitably in meeting on-call /availability assignments, and actively seek resolutions of staffing conflicts.
